Sourcing properties, and connecting providers, to give vulnerable people a safe place to live.

Supported housing across the East Midlands depends on property investors and providers finding each other. Pavale Property brings them together.

A safe place to live means something different to each person.

An adult with a learning disability who wants their own front door. A veteran leaving rehabilitation. A woman rebuilding her life after domestic abuse. Someone moving on from homelessness. Each needs a property that suits them, and an organisation to support them in it.

Housing associations, councils, care providers and charities work to provide exactly that, and they need homes that suit the people they support. There are investors who would gladly provide one, if they knew what was required and who to speak to.

That is the gap I work in. I source properties with a particular resident and provider in mind, and I introduce investors to the organisations who can turn a house into somebody's home.

Meet Pauline

I'm Pauline Ross. For 30 years I worked in social care, as a senior social worker, a team manager and a department lead for adult safeguarding. Much of that time was spent with people whose next step depended on whether there was somewhere suitable for them to live.

I came to property to do something about that. I know what a provider will ask of a property, and why they ask it, and I bring that to every property I look at and every introduction I make.

Investors looking for a property

I source properties across the East Midlands that are suited to supported housing, with the provider and resident in mind.

How Can I Help?

Find out whether your property could be leased to a supported housing provider, what it would take, and who to speak to.

Housing providers & care organisations

Tell me what you need. I look for properties, and for investors who are in this for the right reasons, to match.

Good things happen when the right people meet

Every month I host the Lincoln meeting of the property investors network (pin). I started in property at pin myself, and it is still the best place I know to begin.

You'll hear from investors who are doing this now, ask the questions you can't ask a search engine, and meet people at every stage, from those buying their first property to those with large portfolios. Nobody expects you to arrive knowing everything.

Connecting people is the part I enjoy most. I've seen a single conversation at one of these evenings lead to a partnership, a first deal or a change of direction. If you tell me what you're looking for, I'll introduce you to someone worth talking to.

Want to come to the next Lincoln pin meeting?

Every introduction starts with a conversation.
